Sinclar is having a medical at Man City. So I doubt they would have that interest anymore.

That's all that counts these days...Originally posted by Vermilion View PostReally? but we've won more trophies than them in the last 7yrs.
Sure, they've been in the champions league, but what good has it done them, they've earned good money yes, but if that money isn't used to entice the top players, they will for ever be also rans. imo.

To be fair, i think we dodged a bullet with Walcott, i don't rate him what so ever.. the only thing thats going for him is his speed.. he's injury prone, has an awful shot (yeah i know he gets goals sometimes, but just watch him, see how many balls he squanders) half the time he plays he doesn't look arsed. if we got him for a knock down price along with half what he gets paid now then sure, but 13mil + 100 grand p/w, **** that.****ter: m4dhatter

Not necessarily to the fans it doesn't if they see their club as having next to no chance of winning it, because the manager/club don't buy the players with the cash that being in the tournament earns the club, what's the point, the owners/club gets richer but the team wins naff all ?Originally posted by SimonNo7 View PostThat's all that counts these days...
I bet many Arsenal fans would swap a barren 7yrs for one or two Carling Cup final wins or an fa cup.

Sorry, re-read it.Originally posted by Fivex View PostI've read it a few times and can't make any sense of it. Maybe it's just me. Sorry man.
I meant that Rodgers has openly said that Adam (and a few others) don't have long term futures at the club so unless they're sold right now they'll be expensive substitutes.
Then, if we lose them, with the loss of Lucas it makes our squad a little thin on numbers. Are we winning?

That's totally wrong we'd only have less apples if we'd taken the apples we ate from our basket of apples. So if we had a basket of apples and ate some apples we'd not necessarily have less in the basket.Originally posted by Fivex View PostI think what you're saying is this:
If we have a basket of apples, and eat some apples, then we'd have fewer apples left in the basket.
Is that correct?
I think the key to your riddle is the origin of the apples we ate. The basket may simply be a red heron
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Basket.
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
