      And he does rate him.

I guess the point of the question is why he's thought of as incapable in other systems despite decent scoring rate for a midfielder and getting a lot of assists as well last season. I think in the past he has been a bit like Lennon but with shooting ability but he's been improving season on season and for the last couple been a very effective player.

Walcott is a waste of space in defence, might as well play with 10 like.
Going forward he's a speed merchant one trick pony pile o crap, hope we stay clear.

He is only 23 years old. He got 11 assists and 8 goals last season. What is so "pile o crap" about that?

I think he would be a good addition his end product has improved and we are lacking pace in the team

No problem with Walcott coming in, he's young, pacey and can improve our side.

I think he's still got some way to improve to reach his full potential and why not with us, I think he'd do well in our side down the right of a 3 up top

I'd be chuffed if we managed to sign him.

Out of all the realistic players linked, I think I'd like him most.

                              I don't think he's that realistic.

Me neither sadly, but if Arsenal did decide to cash in then I think we'd have as good a chance as any.
