It is a shame to lose him and he will probably go to a mid table team, then later, transfer again to one of the big teams. On current form he is the outperforming all of our central midfielders. I hope he has starts against Dortmund.
There is something very satisfying about watching a guy as small as him winning all these tackles. Its a David and Goliath thing and the beard really has me believing he can turn it around now.

I'd like him to stay and think he could easily grow into a first team role here, but I'm certain if he does leave it will remain mid-table obscurity for him as I doubt another big team would take a punt on him. Unless of course a Welsh manager or coach gets an influential role for one of the big clubs.
Giggsy.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
It's an odd one. On paper he's a good fit for Klopp's style, he's played well on the rare opportunities he's got under Klopp, he's bound to one of our lower earners (for a first team player anyway), he seems a good pro and he adds to the British quota. Plus he'd have decent sell on value if still in contract.
Have we tried to low-ball him with contract negotiations or are we just seemingly happy to let it run down?

Done well to turn round his form. I didn't rate him before we signed him and that didn't change under Broger.
But now he looks like he actually belongs. Like lots have said, it's a surprise there doesn't seem to be any momentum to keep him - unless it's a bit of Jurgen psychology to make him play out of his little welsh skin until the end of the season.
