Done well to turn round his form. I didn't rate him before we signed him and that didn't change under Broger.

But now he looks like he actually belongs. Like lots have said, it's a surprise there doesn't seem to be any momentum to keep him - unless it's a bit of Jurgen psychology to make him play out of his little welsh skin until the end of the season.

Reliable sources are linking us to Dahoud and Zielinski. If the club is planning to move forward with the interest, that is a strong indication that Klopp wants to create a new midfield which operates at a much higher level offensively and defensively. As impressive Allen has been the last month, I am not sure we can trusts him enough to be consistent contributor to a team which has top 4 aspirations. If Hendo doesnt improve upon this season, injury or no injury, I can see his spot also being in danger.

You may well be right but on recent evidence he looks worthy of a squaddie role otherwise we might well end up paying £10 - 15m just for someone to perform similar back up.

I didn't rate him until the last 6 months or so, but he's been very good when he has played, I think he deserves to have had more game time.

Allen really has been impressive in recent times. Much like several other players, he has improved under Klopp.

I sent my brother a text last night beofre the game saying klopp ****ed up with his selection. Allen should have started instead of either lallana or milner. (Lallana)

I hope Allen - Emre Can midfield duo gets a run out because i think they complement each other really well....

He's class. Needs a new deal. He's always done a job for us whether it's DM, CM or even behind the striker. And at this level he's more than good enough to start let alone be a squad player.
