He's looked really good this season and regular football has done wonders for him IMO. Fingers crossed he comes back in the summer the player ready to step up for LFC or we get a really decent price for him.

He's not up to it and neither is Borini. Hopefully Assaidi's highlights will get him a cash move in the summer and we can reinvest. Borini looks a lost cause and can't see how well ever make any decent return on him.Comment

Aspas is a striker though and we're short of strikers. I know he looks poor at the moment but I think we need to stick with him IMO.Comment

he's done ok, but he's not of the level required....
really annoying though...we are one, maybe two but defo one good attacking player light...
and yet we have/had four 'first teamers' in Borini, Assaidi, Moses and Aspas who just aren't up to the level required.
If just one of those had stepped up, took their chance, and excelled we'd be sound. All four of them for whatever reasons, have been a complete waste of time/moneyi own everton fans on the internet....that's what i doComment

Can't argue with that. He didn't get many chances here (even if he didn't shine). Perhaps Stoke is his level and where he feels confident.

I'm not able to make a judgement on he either way because I barely saw him play for us and I haven't seen anything of him at Stoke other than clips of his goals.
Even though Tony Pulis has gone I still can't bring myself to watch Stoke play, for anyone who has watched them does he actually put in good performances consistently or has he just got a couple of high profile goals and done little else?The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.Comment

i thought this lad would really shine for us. his youtube highlights seemed to suggest he had it all.
maybe its just easy to look good as a striker in the dutch league as you are often playing against poor opposition. something to think about...
when we see lads who we are linked with and we check out the obligatory highlights video we should also consider who they are playing against.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
