            Even if he does come good elsewhere I think we make the right decision if we get rid of him. For whatever reason it wasn't working out - he was in the team early on and failed to perform. It doesn't seem like there is anything other than under performance to blame.

                Sahin would have been brilliant with a fully match fit in form Lucas behind him and a Fully match fit in form Gerrard in front of him. Alas non of those things have happened for him, shame he has not/ will not stay to get use to the premiership.

                  He may be but for that to happen he needs to go back to Bundesliga.

                  His lack of pace and defensive qualities sadly is a problem in more physical and demanding league as PL.

                  I like Nuri and even though imo he wasn't given enough chances to prove himself it was always doubtful if he was going to be a good fit for us.

                              Maybe we know he won't stay here in the summer. If so there's not much point trying to build him into the first team this season really.
