Millwall manager Kenny Jackett says the important thing is that his side stay in the Championship, and says that he doesn't know anything about the fighting from his club's supporters.

Don't take it to a ground televised and full of family's , you go cage fighting you expect a fight you go the match you expect football
I wasn't saying it was right, far from it. But people love and adore violence, then complain when on occasions that violence rears its head in places it shouldn't. Millwall have some meat heads, so do most clubs, can't tar the whole lot together IMO. Beer, drugs and football is bound to bring out the worst in people. Football is tribal. Some people go too far. You only have to see the hatred in fans faces every single weekend. Its always bubbling away on the surface.

Not sure what your point is Wigan is a ground I often go to for away games
Do you go the match ???
If you did you must understand what I mean

Some fans fight every weekend in their normal lives. They like fighting. So they get beered up, go to a game, get angry and they fight again. Morons. But hardly a surprise.

Thing is tho, punishing millwall fc probably doesn't solve anything..

Lets just say the FA banned millwall for a season....does that mean that all those knobheads just go "oh, well, in that case I'll take the misses to b&q on Saturday afternoon and get on with the gardening instead"

No...all those knobheads don't give a **** about millwall, they use it as an association, to be 'part' of something...they'd just decide to go and ' support' someone else, and carry on
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

I think that reflects life personally. The number of people who drive and get so angry when someone hesitates at lights or cuts them up. In London I've seen several instances of people getting out and physically confronting people. Over **** all. You go for a beer and someone looks for a fight. Modern life.
