Just a quick one...I play using Aircast A60 after breaking my ankle and rupturing the ligaments in 2010 (essentially, the ligaments stretched to a certain point and then, instead of snapping, they pulled the bone apart instead, which was the lesser of two evils I'm told).

Anyway, they take a bit of getting used to, comfort wise, but they have saved me on at least 3 separate occassions since then, when I've gone over but the "splint effect" has stopped my ankle from turning completely, so instead of serious long lasting damage I've had a slight sprain at worst.

They're the same thing that Andy Murray uses, if you want to see them in action.

I've had a terrible right ankle for years. Did a bit of research and bought an ASO ankle brace from the states off ebay - best bit of kit I've bought. You can't go over on your ankle even if you are trying. Comfortable too.
Oh triffic......so while you're up the road jollying it up, it's touch your toes time for Rodney

Might give them a try next time my supports wear out.

And now, back to our regular scheduled broadcast.

Some good news, the lad is back in training after his leg break- so not as bad as first feared. Given a full pre-season, lets hope he pushes on

i would love to see him given a go in the squad to be honest - play him in the Coutinho role in games in the CapOne and Europa and a few sub appearances in the league.

I think he could be a good player for us....

He seems to be well ahead of schedule in his recovery

Excellent news, the ball sticks to his feet at times.

He developed a lot last year and could really add something to our squad, great option to have

I'm exceptionally happy to see him playing again. We all feared his career was over but it seems like a minor blip. I'd be stunned if he makes an appearance in the tour but he could be in contention during late-preseason.

Perhaps that's why we haven't heard much about Kovacic?
