You may be right but the fact that they are pursuing good quality players and are succeeding in attracting them is a big concern.

London is definitely bonus but if they are able to attract and sign big players on huge wages tables are sadly turning in their favor.

Too much stock is put in what the papers say.

On the subject of papers, I've just noticed an article in today's Telegraph which reckons Spurs average first team wage is 44k p/w and that Adebayor is top earner on 80k.

Probably not entirely accurate, but if it's even half right it'll be interesting to know how they're going to fit Sneijder into that structure.

It's a risky game they're playing though if they get Sneijder in. He'll surely be on 150k+ a week, he's already supposed to be on £200k at Inter.

If they want to keep Bale, he'll want massive wages too added to that Adebayor's. Loosening the strings definitely.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Spurs can offer 2 out of 3 which we all know ain't bad.

Looks very likely to be going to Galatasary
The times they are a changin'.

If that is true it won't be even close for the money he is currently getting with Inter.

Gala will still give him access to CL but to play in Turkish Super League seems very premature for his age.
