    Unreal.

60m supposedly already spent on Moutinho and Rodriguez and Falcao will also cost that much by himself with Coentrao also mentioned as one of future signings.

Those are only transfer fees and that doesn't take wages taken into consideration, which would be massive.

Absolutely insane by the club that no proper fan base beyond Monaco region and their stadium only allows 18,000 capacity.

They should be UEFA poster boy for imposing FFP rules and it will be interesting to see if they will do that or not.

I'm only surprised that some mega rich sugar daddy didn't bought them earlier because of the tax, the lack of it.

Won't be surprised if they will do the same in other team sports like Basket and Handball.

            Bye, bye FFP.

Moutinho, Rodriguez, Falcao, Valdes - and it's still May.

They really can't do anything about it because FFP don't mention any difference in taxes and even if they correct that in the near future then the money Monaco spend now can't be used against them later.

That is probably why they spend a lot now.

Will need a couple of years to get that team playing together.

Will be a force if they keep going though. PSG must be miffed.

Evra and Nasri linked too which wouldn't be too much of a surprise.

Portuguese centre-back Ricardo Carvalho, 35, is "close" to signing for Monaco following the expiration of his contract with Real Madrid.

I'm glad that Falcao is going to Monaco and not coming here. He would tear this league up pretty easily to be honest

I could go along with that if he'd have moved to Bara or Juve but Monaco? Not for me, its ridiculous and he's pretty much just going for a pay day he won't be playing CL football again until he's 28 and he'll have turned 29 if they get out the group stages which might be difficult given their seeding.

If the rumors are true about his 3rd party ownership I don't think he has chosen where he has played since he was in South America.

EDIT: By that I mean it didn't exactly help them out a great deal, recently especially, they have only just been promoted to Ligue 1. The only clubs that would probably protest are those down there with them and they aren't going to be listened to at all even if they did pipe up.
I think when he says other sides didn't moan about Monaco's taxation advantage before their new wealthy owner came along, he was more talking about when Monaco were winning the league, getting to a champs league final etc.
