re own goals - i remember as a kid someone scoring an epic OG. think, it might have been Ronnie Whelan. It was at a time when you could pass back to the keeper. Whelan had the ball about 30 to 40 yards out and just turned back towards goal and lobbed iirc grobbelaar

The bobble is being kind to him. He was on his way down ****ting himself at the thought of the ball coming near him. He is in a panic if the ball is within a 5 yard radius. No doubt some will disagree though

He could do with some ballet lessons or something. He cant seem to balance himself. Id be shocked if no one in the ressies is as good or better.

No not particularly.

Just stick to pulling out pointless stats. Never quite understood the logic in pulling out someones post count in respoding. But guess it makes for a useful debate

Well I find it helpful when considering ‘useful debate’. It often saves you the bother of starting one when you can easily predict the outcome.

I think he's rubbish. As that cross was coming in it seemed to go in slow motion and I had already envisaged him slicing it into his own net. For him to then actually go and do it was ****ing unbelievable. Inexcusably poor.

So you check post counts on each thread before engaging in a 'debate'. So rather than debate you just sarcastically refer to post counts instead. ****ing great contribution there. Love the logic.
