I've only seen him play for about 10 minutes but everyone seems confused about where he actually plays, I've seen posts saying he should be Coutinhos replacement, I've seen others saying he should be out wide as part of an attacking 3, I've seen other people posting about how he is a young Alonso suited to the deep lying midfield role due to a lack of pace and others claiming he should have come on Monday night due to his ball retention skills, on top of all that he scores a hat trick for the reserves and played as a striker or false 9 for Barcelona B.

I've come to the conclusion based on the above that essentially nobody has an idea what sort of player he is or where he actually plays because he can't be all of the above otherwise he'd probably be the most complete and versatile player in Europe

Since couts is out,He should be given that false 9 position/attacking creative mid up front with sturridge for our next match..at least given the chance as did suso,wisdom and sterling got last season based upon their reserve performances

Impressive although have to remember he come on as a sub against 10 men. If we start the WBA game with 4 at the back I wouldn't mind seeing Alberto start in the no.10 role, normally Coutinho would have that position but he's unlikely to start that game.

He is the most natural player in our squad to play in No. 10 spot, while Coutinho is injured, and personally rather than trying to fit Moses there, who is much more suitable to play on the wing, BR should seriously consider Alberto for the game vs WBA.
