I'd forgotten about him too. It seems he has done quite well on loan. Does anyone think there is a chance he will come back at all for Klopp to have a look at him or will we just sell him to whichever La Liga club puts a bid in.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

If Klopp can turn around the form of some of the players signed under Rodgers, then why not.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostI'd forgotten about him too. I'm thinking about things from a squad balance thing as well as quality, at the moment Alberto would (hopefully) get us a few million quid from a La Liga side. If he were to come back he would in all likelihood be a squad player, we already look like having a few established players in those positions, plus a few youngsters and new people coming in, meaning game time could be limited. If he comes back for a year and sits on the bench his value drops, but I doubt he is going to come back as more than that, so is there any point?Originally posted by Bender View PostIf Klopp can turn around the form of some of the players signed under Rodgers, then why not.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
