Rogers will make him a better player..... and a better man.Originally Posted by Ams12

Yess i hope that those attributes of his form a strong skillful foundation to build upon. I do hope that BR can get the best out of him & he probably does have more of an end product than those 2 clips showed. If we did sign him i wouldn't be disappointed but much excited to see him form a good partnership with our squad & add to our style of play.

Ozil will have the pick of his teams throughout Europe if he becomes available, I'll be amazed if he is deemed surplus to requirements at Madrid. Far superior player to Fibreglass in my opinion.Originally posted by Sarb View PostWritten by Sami Mokbel, John Cross' mate. Id take Ozil over Willian if Ozil is being offered around. No brainer
I hope that we are in advanced discussions and we have moved to tie this deal quickly, I know we have been here before but a lot of reputable sources are reporting we're in for him and unlike other deals this summer we are dealing with a willing seller and a player who is available.Kurtangled in the McFadden thread 16/01/08

As Willian is lined up to be our 2nd biggest ever signing after Carroll a quick glance at our biggest 20 signings is distressing reading. I reckon only Torres,Masch, Luis and maybe Sturridge can be called unqualified successes. Some of the rest are mind blowing. Carroll,Keane, Downing,Aquilani,Heskey, Cisse et al. Even Jord and Joe Allen have it all to do.I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.
