Mad to think he's on his 4th Premier League club. Bar the 3 seasons at Newcastle He really has had a nomadic existence since leaving us.

Strictly speaking Mourinho could be included too as the original stat was managerial appointments so Jose at Chelsea twice counts twice.

Yeah Pardew managed West Ham, Charlton, Newcastle, Crystal Palace and West Brom, all in the PL, he managed Southampton outside the PL. So is stuck on just 5 PL clubs

Also I think I was mostly talking about British managers that had achieved nothing but kept getting jobs (as you say it's a while ago so can't really remember context). Rafa won the CL with us and Europa league with Chelsea.

Someone mentioned Mourinho as well, again he has actually won stuff so while I don't like him or his style of play at least his achievements offer some insight into why he is appointed.

Pardew can be added to the list as he's another who has done sod all...

Bruce only managed Villa in the championship so should still be on 5

That's not possible. By then there will only have been 20 rounds of fixtures meaning there are 18 games or 54 point left to play for. For them to be relegated by then they would have to lose all their games and the team 4th from bottom would need to be on 55 out of a possible 60 points. 18 sides have already dropped more than 5 points meaning they can't get to that point after 20 games
