The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Difficult not to feel sorry for managers when you overachieve and then when things start going wrong you're shown the door.

Obviously what happened with Ranieri stinks but Karanka has done a great job up there on Teeside.

He did give them the runaround late last season. Perhaps the loyalty was eroded in that time?

From the look of his work at Reading Jaap Stam seems like an interesting call. Totally in appropriate for a relegation fight with the players at Boro but I would like to see Klinsman have a go in the PL.

I just don't think you can afford to try and defend your way to safety. Can't have been much fun to watch them this season. At least last time when Burnley were up they had a go in a few matches (this time they have improved a lot).

West Ham are considering sacking manager Slaven Bilic if they lose to Swansea on Saturday. Defeat would be their sixth in a row in the Premier League. (Daily Telegraph)

Really want the stadium stealing tossers to go down along with the seemingly unflushable turds that are Sunderland.
