Maybe, sorting out his pension before he retires...going down the Sam Allardyce route then, eh?Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostWould they though? Rafa is pretty a pay cheque guy for years now.
He left us 10 years ago and has already been at seven clubs in that time.
Think the football world has passed him by a bit tactically too.
So by that logic, maybe a stint in the international level might do him a world of good...think of all that time off!
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I would be much happier to see him step away from managing altogether and get a cushty number doing pre and post game analysis.
Imagine someone who knows what he is talking about like Rafa doing that and not clowns like Carragher and Neville.
Can recall the time when Mourinho was having one of his spells between jobs and he was in doing analysis at half time and full time and the difference between him and the two clowns was immense.
Rafa would be the same imo.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

I think he's still pining for the Liverpool job once more...Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostI would be much happier to see him step away from managing altogether and get a cushty number doing pre and post game analysis.

No thanks.Originally posted by Angryred View PostI think he's still pining for the Liverpool job once more...
I want my Rafa the Red memories to be the ones I already have.
Genuinely think the game has passed him by a little bit in terms of day to day management.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Why would his feelings have anything to do with his current suitability for the role?
Fwiw, i could see him back in a caretaker role at some point in future, but not for more than a few weeks/months. But I agree with the consensus - he would be yesterday's man and couldn't take us to where we need to be.Hello mert.

I feel like I have been overlooked in the past when it comes to managing the club. Rafa can get back in line.
I would be the ultimate ****house on the touchline. Tripping players as they ran by, physical altercations with rival managers, 30 bleeps a minute sky interviews, physical altercations with Gary Neville, watching games whilst listening to music on headphones, and generally making Simeone look angelic by comparison.
Would Rafe give you all thart? Thought not.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
