Former Tottenham and West Ham boss Harry Redknapp is to star in a feature-film charting his career in the game as a football manager and pundit.
Harry will hit screens this summer and is the first in-depth look at the former manager and current pundit’s stellar career in the beautiful game.
The film, funded and presented by Betsafe, will travel through Redknapp’s career, from his time at West Ham, nurturing some of the best young talent England has ever seen, right up to being in the frame for the England Job.
Harry has long been famed for his anecdotal ability and incredible sense of humour on and off the pitch. Having established himself as one of the top pundits in the game, Harry has decided to move his tales over to the big screen.
Talking about the film, Redknapp said: “It’s terrific to have the chance to share my journey on the silver screen. I hope viewers have as much fun watching my most memorable moments as I did making them.”
The film promises to take the viewer on a trip through Redknapp’s eyes, gaining a unique insight into a rollercoaster career that has seen Harry manage some of the biggest talent, personalities & egos in the game.
Combining never before seen footage with career highlights, which include laying the revolutionary foundations for the current title-contending Tottenham team, Harry promises to showcase the very best of a truly unique character.
Peter Jermaine Kranjčar from Betsafe Productions said: “We’re extremely privileged to have the opportunity to bring the Harry Redknapp story to cinemas, When he came to us and offered us a load of cash in brown paper bag the offer was too good to turn down. We have long thought Harry’s great career needed the big screen treatment and now we have the chance to make that vision come true.”

Yeah Hierro was class. Hierro and RedondoOriginally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostOnly one I can think of who played at the same level as Ramos is Fernando Hierro when he moved to the centre back position for Real Madrid.
Yeah he took set pieces and was lethal at them, but he popped up with a lot of goals from play too with many of them being important goals.
He was a fantastic player to watch be it as a midfielder or as a centre back. Wonderful skills and a hard ******* to boot.

Redondo was sheer class. Shame he missed so much time with injuries as he was a magician on the ball. Knew how to get stuck in as well.
Hierro for me was world class at his peak. Just fantastic in midfield where he brought the same sort of mix of skill and hard ******* that Souness had.
Actually in terms of being a midfielder, Hierro was almost like a cross between Souness and Alonso. Hard ******* with silky skills coupled with the sort of passing range and vision that other players dream of.
He turned into a boss centre back when he moved into that position.
Mad to think that he finished his playing carer at Bolton fecking Wanderers.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Awful challenge from Shawcross. Proper scumbag tackle. The mother of one of the girls who used to work with me was friends with his mum. She insists he's a nice boy. She deleted me from Facebook for posting that deadline day mockup of the troll-like Britannia faithful.
