Fraserburgh won 6-5 away to Losssiemouth this evening. I hope the defenders/goalkeepers are not on performance related pay or they might not be eating for a few days!
That is the most important thing facing football. 'Your Mum' jokes.
Rio is an idiot, but its hardly worth a 3 match ban FFS.
Id much rather a bigger investigation into why Clattenburg rang up Warnock? Or why horrific tackles are not punished?
I think there are a variety of issues including why the FA are policing what someone says but if that is there role then I think trying to stamp down on misogynistic ****wittery is a sensible goal. For too long football has accepted a culture of sexism, homophobia and to a somewhat lesser extent racism.
The problem, as usual, seems to me to be the wild inconsistency in both the punishments allotted and the cases they chose to pursue. It never seems to be current England internationals or managers of big clubs who get hit.
Difficult to say if Ferdinand is singled out as a/ a repeat offender, b/ someone who has sniped constantly at the FA or c/ someone high profile but whose club is probably fairly indifferent to him being banded right now.

Guillem Balague appointed Director of Football at Biggleswade United.
“It is a privilege and fulfilment of a dream to be involved with Biggleswade United”, Guillem stated. “I will work towards helping the club achieve the targets we will be setting for ourselves in the medium and long term. This is the beginning of a new era for the club and for me”

I don't want to know a man who doesn't dream of some involvement with Biggleswade United.
