Cant stand EvansOriginally posted by Alex View PostSpitting is worse than Racism?
These ban tariffs are still out of line with the offence being committed.
I mean spitting is horrible and all, but its hardly a leg reckless tackle or a punch in the face.
Think hes a snide, hes gotten away with some horrendous tackles (two footed ones as well)
I'd ban him for life, just for being *****
* although on second thoughts they should just force United to play himBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Iranian boss punches reporter in the balls - which Premier League boss will be the first to give it a go?
As managers get increasingly irritated by the press, it's only a matter of time until a journalist gets punched in the balls - just like this unfortunate Iranian reporter
In the Premier League, managers, players and chairmen have little choice but to put up with the media. Answering questions from the press is part of the job.
Over in Iran, football people view things differently. In that part of the world, it seems a difficult question can simply be met with a punch in the knackers.
Bahram Afsharzade is the chairman of Esteghlal - one of Iran's biggest teams - so you would think he's be used to reporters ambushing him with queries about his club.
Apparently not. In this clip, despite appearing perfectly calm, he offers a response to the waiting journalist… before appearing to strike him right in the crown jewels.
Seems a bit over the top. Our biggest worry is that Premier League bosses could see this and feel inspired. After all, there are quite a few top flight managers who are getting increasingly irritated with the press at the moment.
The question is: which gaffer could be the first to snap and hit one of us in the unmentionables?
