Will only hit the big clubs who charge higher prices. Obviously it's good that it's coming down and will benefit our fans who won't be punished for being cat a game. I don't agree with a arbitrary cap though. Why should an everton fan pay less than a liverpool fan sat in the same stand. I understand the logic that aways generally cost more but then there's loads of fans flying all over for home games. A sensible smaller reduction for all would have been better
