See there is talk of Real Madrid going after Eriksen. I'd say that we are in a good position not be picked off by them, whereas Spurs and Chelsea seem especially vulnerable. If Sarri stays, Kante might even be interested in a move.

Reckon RM will go for Eriksen and Hazard, high quality, easily obtainable targets for them with little left on their contracts. Kante could be a surprise target as well, doubt they'll go for Kane or Alli, think they both signed new contracts recently.

Can't see them going for other targets in the Prem? Any other rumours floating?

Maybe, but compared to the other examples, we have our best players tied down on long term contracts, Eriksen and Hazard are approaching their final seasons.
