Valuation is one thing, method of payment is a whole other. Could easily be about how to break it down in installments, future fees etc. Needing to avoid FFP and such.

Watching it during a teleconference, unfortunately didn't turn the sound down and all in UK heard the dizzy bitch on SSN wetting her pants and actually counting down the seconds.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

ring him up and ask him what the delay is or you will release the unreleased dirt on Chang.

tell him you will unleash the X-FILE. hopefully that will speed his arse up.

There are no plans to fly Konoplyanka back to UK. If #LFC do this deal for him, it will all be done out in Ukraine. #DeadlineDay

Hope we close this one out. Would give us more options in attack, since we're missing a strong left sided attacker, as well as add some depth in quality.

Right now we can't afford an injury for anyone of our attacking players.

This has probably already been posted... However it has some quotes From the Daily Star

Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka has claimed he is 'excited' by the possibility of joining Liverpool before the close of the January transfer window.

Liverpool managing director Ian Ayre flew out to Ukraine earlier this week to hold discussions regarding a deal for Konoplyanka.

Tottenham Hotspur are also understood to have shown an interest in Konoplyanka, but Liverpool are in pole position to secure his signature.

Reports have claimed that Liverpool have upped their offer to £16million for the 24-year-old Ukraine international as manager Brendan Rodgers tries to finalise a 'major signing' before Friday's deadline.

Konoplyanka, who scored against England in a 2014 World Cup qualifier at Wembley in September 2012, is surprised at how strong Liverpool's interest has become.

"I'm excited about it and soon everyone will know where I will play," Konoplyanka is quoted in the Daily Star.

"Is it very serious with Liverpool? I am shocked myself at how serious it is. I think in the near future everything will become clear."

Liverpool missed out on the signing of Mohamed Salah earlier this month after the Egypt international winger opted to join Chelsea from Basel.
                              Modifying post.
