It just seems weird to constantly blame Ayre, Marcus has already decided its his fault and is having his usual tantrum despite the fact theres more than a few articles saying it's agents being cunts.
It's not a tantrum at all. I've explained my reasons but as you're clearly an LFC apologist it's a waste of time debating with you.

These transfer windows are crap and and have done nothing but drive up the price for players. Bring back the days of when a club could sign a player anytime in the season and bin all this transfer deadline rubbish off.

IIRC the windows were brought in to help younger players establish themselves at a club rather than a club just going out and signing another player. For me it has not been good for the game at all and has just drove the price for player up.

The fact you cant come back with any argument other than "You think LFC is perfect" "Apologist" says it all really.

We are missing out on players for whatever reason and the club as a whole should be working on trying to limit the chances of this happening in the future

Equally you are conveniently absolving all people at LFC of any blame
I am in regards of the Willian, Salah and Mkhitaryan because those players were always going to choose clubs who offer CL football and huge wages over us, a concept you can't seem to get your head around for some reason.
But despite apparently being useless our transfer team have completed deals for Sturridge, Coutinho, Mignolet and Sakho within the last 12 months, all signings who have played a major part in making us favourites for 4th a position we would never have been had you got your wish and Dalglish been given another season.
Our transfer team is not perfect and I'm still slightly dissapointed that we missed out on Siqueira during the summer and instead went for the cheap option in Cissokho.

No Chris over the past few days I've explained why I am not happy with the way our transfer dealings have been handled. You have your opinion I have mine but you defend everything the club does so it really is pointless having any discussion with you.

You were more than willing to settle for mediocrity when Dalglish was manager so I don't see why you would be against that.

You desperately need some new material! Once again you cant come up with anything to back up your argument. Shame.

Prediction - we'll miss out on him, everyone will go into meltdown, then we'll sign two or three top class players as soon as the summer window opens....

It's just got the feeling of the Dempsey/Sigurdsson window this.

Still, one saving grace is at least if he's in the Ukraine at the moment he's not going to pop up behind the glass windows at Old Trafford at 10pm, or turn up a Spurs's training ground

I dunno man. If you told him it was Skrtel's fault he'd buy you a pint, shake your hand and call you a gent.

                          This whole saga is nauseating.

Agree with the first part. The transfer window contributes significantly to this semi-annual imbroglio (i.e. LFC's attempt to sign a top class first team player).

Are we going to blame the transfer window and all the accompanying angst for the shoddy grammar too?

If we fail in this window it will be a successive window where we have failed to sign a top target for the attacking positions. When was the last time Chelsea, City or United or even Spurs had consecutive windows were they failed to get over the line a top target.

United ****ed up massively in the summer and if you believe the rumours they got Fergie and Gill to help them ensure they didnt fail this time.

Now that is in no way endorsing getting Parry in to replace Ayre, all I am saying is they have reviewed their performance and ensured they learned from their mistakes

We have to do the same

I havent blamed Ayre. All I have said is the club should review what happened in those deals and work on minimising the chance of it occurring in future

Anyone would think the club only found out today how Dinpro wanted the payments to be structured but typical Liverpool style we talk, talk, talk and talk and end up with nothing actually happening
