What did he say - just seen it on BBC but no details...
Edit...
Asked by a friend for his opinion of Klopp, the person alleged to be Coote says: “Aside from having a right pop at me when I reffed them against Burnley in lockdown, then he accused me of lying and then just had a right ****ing pop at me. I’ve got no interest at speaking to someone who’s ****ing arrogant. So I do my best not to speak to him … My God, German cunt, **** me.” The derogatory remark about Liverpool refers to the team’s performance in a game at which Coote was the fourth official.
The friend, who appears to be recording the conversation on his phone in a sparsely decorated sitting room, goes on to clarify what he feels to be the takeaway from the conversation: “Long story short: Jürgen Klopp’s a cunt, Liverpool are all ****ing bellends and we hate Scousers.”Last edited by Yozza; 11-11-24, 04:44 PM.What do you mean it could've been anyone? I’m not a fan of cancel culture in general, but it’s some disgrace if he can remain a referee after that…
I’d like to see a compilation of some of his big calls that were dubious, and against us, in the last few seasons…I don't tip

Having seen some of the things that AI can do (I think it was some Gareth Southgate (or was it Sean Dyche?) post match conferences that looked genuine but obviously weren't, based on the things he was saying) then I'm always a little sceptical. But if it is found to be genuine, then I really wouldn't be surprised, it's been pretty obvious for a while that there is some bias at play with him.

In the BBC "live" thread on it, they say this;
Yet if you live in Greater Manchester (Altrincham, Trafford), you can still referee matches with teams from with the Greater Manchester region?Former Premier League referee Mark Halsey (pictured) added: "I was never able to referee Bolton because I lived there. If you lived in Leeds, you weren't going to referee Leeds United."
