Was a good watch. Mad that before 1974 FIFA was basically like a credit Union, with volunteers and no profits.

I thought there was more to the selection process than 24 extremely dodgy executives voting on who gets it, without having to provide any evidence or justification for their choice. Naively, I actually thought each countries presentation and the evaluation of the countries actually meant something.

Carbon credits and all that are proper dodgy. Little/no regulation, not worth the chopped down virgin forest tree they’re written on.

Only way this ends is a major natural disaster which decimates a mega city. Then maybe the major polluters sit up and take notice.
