Why not? Better to take a huge risk on someone who, although likely clueless, could have talent and provide inspiration. If you pick someone proven to be negative and unsuccessful then you know what you're going to get.Originally posted by kev776 View PostBeckhamTrey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

What hurts the most is that I want to blame Woy, but it is the players who ****ed up, nobody can blame his decisions or selection. Unfortunately we are ****, any manager would struggle with that team. Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

Yup. Had he not gone totally bat**** I think he'd have gone on to do just as well as Sven did. He'd not have shackled the **** out of everyone there too.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostHe'd have done a better job imo.
16 years since he got the boot!!! Time flies when you're watching England stink up the placeA lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Seriously? Sure, the players need to take responsibility but I'm struggling to see what Roy actually did during the two games that had a positive impact. And the selection was very questionable for at least three positions (wellbeck, Baines and Jagielka), the subs were late and confused.Originally posted by kev776 View PostWhat hurts the most is that I want to blame Woy, but it is the players who ****ed up, nobody can blame his decisions or selection. Despite his help for the goal, Johnson shouldn't have been in squad. Clyne/Flano all day.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostSeriously? I'd rather play there myself (and take the vitriol of the nation upon me like the sputum of a frustrated white van driver)Originally posted by Liverpool View PostAlso Jags was at fault for both games, not good enough for this level. Either beg for Terry to come back or give Stones a go.Really?
