Nice striker Mario Balotelli says joining Liverpool was the "worst decision of my life".
The Italian scored four goals in 28 appearances for the Reds after arriving for £16m from AC Milan in 2014.
He managed one goal in 20 Serie A games on loan at Milan last season before a free transfer to Nice this summer.
"Apart from the fans, who were fantastic, and some players who I got on really well with, I didn't like the club," Balotelli told Canal Plus.
The 26-year-old was speaking before scoring twice on his Nice debut in the 3-2 Ligue 1 win over Marseille on Sunday.
Brendan Rodgers, who signed Balotelli, was sacked as Liverpool manager in October 2015, with Jurgen Klopp taking over.
"I had two coaches, with Rodgers and Klopp for a short time, but neither their methods nor their personality left me with a good impression," he said.
"I never really felt right there."
In an interview with former France, Leeds and Roma midfielder Olivier Dacourt, Balotelli was asked if he still thought about winning the Ballon d'Or.
"Of course. It's not too late," he said. "I think I could have already won it by now, but by working hard in training I could still win it in the next two or three years."What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

Mario Balotelli failed at Liverpool because of Steven Gerrard - Diouf
Former Liverpool striker El-Hadji Diouf has revealed in an interview with L'Equipe that he warned Mario Balotelli that his career at Anfield would not work out because of Steven Gerrard.
Balotelli ended a two-year stint at Liverpool when he joined Ligue 1 side Nice on the transfer window deadline day. He made 28 appearances during his time on Merseyside, scoring four goals.
Diouf said: "I told him not to go to Liverpool. It wasn't made for him, that things couldn't go well with Gerrard, who has never had his talent and then said negative things about him.
"Gerrard is a jealous man who doesn't like men of character. Mario is a good person that you should listen to. He's not a guy who's going to cause problems in the dressing room.
"There are a lot of things that have been made up about him. People tell tales about him, but they're often a load of rubbish."
Diouf said he had discussed problems Balotelli had experienced during his spell at Manchester City with him, adding: "He was young when he arrived in England, you mustn't forget that.
"When he had problems at City, when he wasn't playing, we talked. I told him that it [his form] would come back. Of course it was hard for him, because he's very sensitive. People perhaps don't understand that."
The 26-year-old Italian marked his debut for Nice in style, scoring two goals in a 3-2 victory over Marseille. He also said that his £16m move to Liverpool was, "the worst mistake of my life."The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
