The mardy look on his face with that lad makes it look like he didn't want the photo taken. If he was an Everton player we'd say he was football's biggest bellend
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
If he put the effort in and didn't play on the back foot all the time, he might be able to make something of a bad situation. Any positive movement from him would elevate our ability to attack.
just not good enough. the odd goal will never gloss over his lack of footballishness
hes a target man, he's not luis suarez who will run the channels for the team. he wants the ball played into him so he can hold it up and move it on to others in the final third.
this is something i dont understand. if we wanted loic remy but ended up with mario balotelli how is that a cohesive transfer process. the two are completely opposite.
its like going to a shop to buy a mars bar and coming out with a toblerone.

its like sending balotelli shopping, madness.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

He's not even a target man mate. They stay central. He does drift wide. He's a second striker in every sense of the word who likes to go make things happen. He's the Gerrard of the strikers if you like. Not really much use at playing a disciplined role and needs to be given license to roam.
I think he's a good player with a partner like Sturridge. But he's not a lone front man. Rodgers is trying to get him to change his game, but it's taking time.
