I don't disagree with any of that but its besides the point with this one.

If I posted that in work, I'd expect some sort of clip around the ear, possibly worse. There's really no excuse for it.

Ah but he is british and from a different generation..... blah blah blah.

Oh and he broke his leg I hear.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Coutinho is definitely one of our best players. But this season he wont manage to do much simply because there is crap up front of him who never move into open space for him to pass to. All static trees.

"Wigan Athletic are reminding supporters that it is illegal to swear or use racist, homophobic or sexist language," the statement read.

Seriously, they're going to kick people out who swear? I'd pay to see that happen.

I ****ing pay for that too.
            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

exactly - only dirty foreign foreigners can be racist racists
John terry is the exception that proves the rule.

The guy is a bellend for putting himself in this position. The FA have to act.
Balotelli is a childish idiot, I think we'd all agree on that. But I think it highlights how out of touch the disciplinary system is that the FA have ended up in a situation where they are now charging a black man with a Jewish mother of racism and anti-semitism, with a minimum 6-game ban attached?

It was stupid of him to retweet it, regardless of his intentions or context. But it's an odd system where you can break someone's leg and get a 3 match ban, yet retweet (not create) a picture of Super Mario in your own time and get 6. And an even odder system where there are only a handful of black managers or coaches throughout the game yet a black man gets charged with racism towards black people, and anti-semitism towards his own mother (in effect).

Balotelli needs to grow up and start acting like a professional, and the FA needs to update its regulations to take account of social media.

Anyway, the truly sad thing about it is that we won't really miss him. Hopefully if they deal with it quickly he'll be back around the same time as Sturridge and we can see if they can work as well together as it looked they might vs Spurs.

If I were on a Wigan forum, I think I'd have bigger problems than getting turfed out.

They're not going to charge him with being racist though are they, nobody's saying that. He'll be charged with making a racist post. Its two different things in this case, and something that needs to be dealt with.

You have to educate people to prevent them making these types of jokes or comments. Its the sort of humour associated with the likes of Manning and Davidson from the 80's, and that's where it should stay.

With regards to the rest of your post, I agree.

well he's really too inconsistent to be called a brilliant signing, shows flashes of Brilliance but that's about it.
