Noises on the 'other side' are that Depay has spoken to us a few times and he's told us he's not interested in signing for us if certain other clubs are interested. Depay will likely go to Utd whether we finish 4th or not in all likelihood.

Really need to scout far and wide, and get it right this time!

If you think us entering talks with a player gives us exclusivity to a deal, then you're definitely more naive than I thought.

He's probably better suited to them anyway, their best teams have always had great wingers, ours always have great strikers. We improve strikers, they improve wingers. Forget him and go out and get the best strikers we can get. As long as they aren't called Ings.
