It's going to be interesting to see what the fallout will be from this violence.

    It's pretty shocking really.

And for all you guys who have retrospectively said that it was obvious this would happen, I don't recall any of you predicting it. You should do risk assessments for a living. You'll do well.
    Oh I don't know.

Marseille murder capital with lots of problems it was never fit to host this game, I'd be interested to see the planning done by all parties involved.

I know a guy who has been extensively involved in the planning for northern ireland supporters for this tournament, yet ugly scenes from them tonight as well

You mean me obviously. The ultras are fairly notorious, as are the National front. Marseille is rough as ****. Those 3 elements in the same place, at the same time is a recipe for disaster. The police had other priorities with regards to the terrorism factor and imo that's how it's got so out of hand. Only some much resources they can spare.

And Yeah I forgot we have to post all our thoughts and aspirations on Est. Between the that and that Bakambu, I'll need to share with you guys more often. Sorry Dom

Are you disagreeing with my point? If so, feel free to elaborate.

It's not like you don't relentlessly hammer your opinions down everyone's throat is it?
              Oh I don't know.

Anyway, back on topic, for violence and breach of segregation to occur within a stadium these days is pretty unforgivable on the part of the organisers.

When was the last time that happened in such a high profile European game?
                Oh I don't know.

I've only just seen this post on the Tapatalk, it was missed on my thread line.

I wasn't referring to you in the slightest. It was a general observation.

So there really is no need to feel victimised.

                    Oh I don't know.

It appears the Northern Irish and the Polish fans were having a great time together and then got attacked by Nice ultras. Hooliganism is alive and well in Europe it seems.

Yep. Anyway, as I say, I was replying to Adam. No need to get your knickers in a twist.

I had no idea. First I'd heard of it. Was that after the game?

Segregation wise, if LFC fans are buying up say 80% of the stadium's tickets, as they probably would have done, then true segregation goes out of the window at that point. The fans are already mixed up.

This evening it seemed that one set of people in a segregated area invaded another without anything in the way to stop them. That's how it looked anyway.
                                Regardless it's a ridiculous situation.

I reckon that even danperkins and I could sit next to each other in a football stadium without having a punch up. I'd hope so anyway. Maybe we'd need some earplugs though.
                                Oh I don't know.
