A few years ago a guy at work I was playing against in 5 a side had a double break of his leg right in front of me. How did it happen? He accidentally stepped on the ball and stacked it.

The red card decision was ****ing bollocks. Was a yellow card tackle, as the ref realised as he was holding the yellow card until he saw the injury that wasn't even caused by the challenge. Officials really just make **** up as they go along.

100%. It was the same as the Mane red card against Ederson for the high boot. Moss saw blood and gave a red. Atkinson's thinking was clearer, he's an absolute joke of a ref.

Son trips gomez but it was how his ankle went uner his body weight and possibly also the clash with aurier that done his ankle in, so the tap from son was nothing really. If there was no injury it'd be a foul and not even a card.

On MOTD2 The PL/FA said that as Gomes was injured Son endangered the safety of an opponent and the red card was correct

I saw that but even the guys on the panel agreed that they had never heard of this before and it sets a stupid precedent going forward.
You bump shoulders with someone, no foul, the guy falls awkwardly and breaks his arm so its now a red card... nah.

Spurs can't really appeal it though, would be widely condemned in the circumstances.

absolute joke of a ruling and very dangerous as you say.

A foul is as bad as the actual foul, whatever happens after is utterly irrelevant.

If there is small foul and the opposition fall into the advertising and hurt themselves its more dangerous than the same foul in the middle or if their own teammate lands on them.

Also foul is a strange in isolation
