      Just reading about the LEyton Orient Hartlepool game.

      It seems the ref took the players in for half time after 41 minutes then when they came out for the second half played the additional 4 minutes facing the same way then swapped ends. Presumably they played 45 facing the correct way but it is n't clear

        Yeah I was just reading about that the suggestion was that he made up the time that they should have played. It's very unconventional but at least he was willing to admit his mistake and try to put it right so fair play to him.
        The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

              Flash score app was saying avr check for handball on the buildup. How far back was the potential offence as the goal clip I've seen it was on the deck for ages!
