They weren't really in a genuine relegation fight when Super Frank took the helm, yet he took them into the bottom 3 and is now being feted as a managerial maestro for sploshing about in the toilet bowl and barely avoiding getting flushed.
Whats he supposed to do with a bunch of Scum running up towards him waving their hands in his face and pushing him?
He's hardly assaulted him either "kicking him to the ground" is a bit OTT, it was more a little chase away and a kick up the arse.

Of course Everton are gonna celebrate avoiding relegation, it's the situation they are in, what are the supposed to do? Coming from 2 nil down to win the game and secure their place in the league is a much bigger achievement than our infamous draw at West Brom which we were mocked for.
Then people throwing the towel in (AGAIN) because Villa drew. If they'd won 4-0, would they have been favourites against City, would people be putting the champagne on ice? It was always gonna take a miracle or freak result for Villa to do what we need, nothing has changed. Villa were excellent against us, but **** since, which is not uncommon for a team with nothing to play for. They'll be well up for the City game, which probably still won't be enough, but anything can happen. I like the fact that Ings and Coutinho were rested and with Beundia and Watkins in decent form I'm still hopeful.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
