Go to their website and their fixture list has them playing the cl final against a side that are TBC

The media portray arsenal as if they were developing their team like the class of 92 as well ffs. They've spent a ****in fortune
I was out last night with an Arsenal fan. He's a lovely bloke, but his faced really dropped when I said I'd rather City won it than them. His argument was it was meaningless for them to win it, mine was the same argument but adding in that after years of coming close, Arsenal winning would be worse

Really don't understand people wanting Citeh to win the league over any other club.

They're the embodiment of all that's wrong in the modern game.

But they’re not a real football club, nothing they achieve has any real value. It’s like Dane Bower’s MOBO award. I’d much rather the list of bull**** awards won by the cheats gets longer than have actual rivals win them, the whole Man City period will be dumped in the dustbin of history.

They are a real football club. They were around for a century plus before the oil money came flowing in. The suggest they aren't a real club is disingenuous.

The more they win the more it emboldens their owners and other owners of the same ilk. They bend and break the rules of the game at will and with impunity. Their reward for such rule breaking is countless accolades and trophies.

100%, it is easy to discount everything they achieve. An Arsenal win would be harder to stomach.

It is a selfish stance to take, as it is not for the greater good of the game... but it is what it is.

It's largely Arteta for me rather then most of the players but it also seems to be alot of their fans, they particularly seem to have a bit of a chip on their shoulder about us

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We are probably one of the most hated clubs in the country because of our success, no one really gives a **** about City outside of their own fans and sides that are trying to directly compete with them. To the majority of fans of other clubs City winning stuff rather than us is the better option, go anywhere outside of Greater Manchester and you barely find a City fan despite their success compare that to us who have fans everywhere that opposition fans will encounter less celebration or banter or whatever.

Everyone knows City have bought their success, what really scares alot of fans IMO is that we have got so close to City despite them playing in cheat mode, and were us or Arsenal to beat City to the league we would have to be acknowledged as genuinely good sides. They are much the same people who tried to write off our title as a 'Covid title'

From a sporting point of view, no one should really prefer City to win over ourselves or Arsenal. If Arsenal win it, at least they’ve done it playing by the same financial rules as us.

But given that Arsenal’s fanbase (along with most others) would rather City win than us (as they also wished in 2019 and 2022), then it’s hard not to take a vindictive attitude.

If we have to be robbed by corruption while others cheer along, then it’s good enough for them too. So **** ‘em.

If we don't win the title this year would you rather City or Arsenal win it?

As a football fan I would want teams that do things the right way to be successful, that would mean if we couldn't win it wanting Arsenal to win it. But as an LFC losing the title to Arsenal would be much harder to take than losing it to City.

I'd rather not have some lego headed, discount Pep, dullard cunt lead a league winning team.

Arsenal are having their match on Saturday televised on TNT.

But it's at 8pm rather than 12.30. Are the TNT time slots now changed for teams in the CL?
                            Oh I don't know.

The only time other teams get the 12.30 slot is if they are playing us.
