I think they've a legitimate argument about the award of the FK, but even the ref was showing one of the players the decision on the stadium display and he was still arguing.

Keown is absolutely unbearable with his heavy breathing down the mic at the end of every sentence (sometimes he stops mid sentence to sent a nose breathe down the mic, **** off ffs).

I literally never come across those sorts of fans though. Where do you see them?

I dont watch it in pubs, my mates are mostly fans of football. I dont read tabloids ever.

Twitter is only the place I come across them and even then its basically just a few journos I like laughing about the idiots.

I think the only thing that pisses me off about England is that ****ING BAND! But even they were missing last night.

I've given it some more thought, and I hate a lot of things about England. I'm not a fan of nationalism anyway, and England just oozes it. I don't like what I perceive to be the culture in this country either. Given some of the stuff with Brexit too, and what I deem to be rising conservatism in the country, I'd be happy to see every England fan suffer every two years until the day I die. I see everyone coming together, pretending to be behind a common cause, but then the mask slips, and I'm left wondering what's the point. I don't want to be a part of this. One of the reasons I support Liverpool is because of my perception of the values of the club. England is the antitheses of Liverpool IMO, and a likeable squad of players and manager isn't going to change it. Managers and players go, but the fans remain.

It's not the fault of Southgate or the squad. Like I said, if I was living elsewhere, I'd probably be backing them, but living in this country over the years. I want England fans to suffer.

Now, I await this to be ripped to shreds.

Well put, I can relate to this on every level. I live abroad nowadays, I basically moved out as I was never into the culture or the nationalism. Totally opposite to my parents, they will be nationalists to the grave. Bless them

Very few understand why I do not support england, especially those I live amongst day to day.

One thing I do not understand is vast amount of people think it is the devine right for the team to be World champions and European champions. Its just blindness and stupidity from the fans
