The fact that they haven't even bothered should tell you something about how highly they rate him, and Wenger and Mourinho for that matter.

18 million on Carrick last summer and Scholes on fire should tell you they dont need him with Owen H maybe coming to for a crazy price also

Would work great in the midfield I'm sure but I don't think we have the forwards (in terms of both quality and quantity) to play it regularly yet, especailly with poor Luis out of action. Unless of course we get some nice surprise signings this month

If they hadn't paid OTT for Carrick, and made public there determination for Hargreaves, then I bet he would have been first on the list, thankfully it leaves the door wide open for us, and we have other incentives, like other Argies for one.

                  i believe so. Yes.

have you never seen him play for Argentina or River Plate?

One thing will be for certain. He will flourish with Kuyt, Bellamy and Gerrard.

Will see havent seen him play at all to judge only going off the hype about him which seems to be good.

Carrick is **** and not worth 18 million Ferguson doesnt seem to have the best luck recently signing centre midfielders..............Liam Miller, Djemba squared and Kleberson(Not spelt right)

Utd were chasing him in the summer....the fee being mentioned was 25mill.

Chelsea dont need him. He wouldnt go there anyway

What about Arsenal? They are crying out for a tough central midfielder to back up Gilberto.
Wenger and Fergie obviously don't want him, that says a lot to me.

I take your word for it, ill hunt you down if he turns out to be like Weah's cousin at Southampton

I may have seen him at the world cup in a match or two but dont remember

So why have Utd suddenly given up, especially if he's available at some supposed knock down fee?

Why wouldn't he go to Chavski? It didn't stop the likes of SWP. Is he afraid he isn't good enough to get in their team?
