Mind you, the fact that he sunk into relative obscurity afterwards might indicate that he wasn't such a good player.

    * Or is it McDonald? I can't remember, sorry if I got it wrong.

I agree, was never a fan myself. Remember Alan irvine??

He certainly was not a flop.
walsh was always one of my favoiurite players and in the good old days when i had s season ticket in the paddock and used to lean over the tunnel and get autographs he was always one of the friendliest.

When did John Durbin (Sp?) not play for us?

He is great on the masters though...
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

its durnin and think he was late eighties, behind the likes of aldo and saunders etc.

Would hardly call him a flop though.....think he was signed from a non league team

Blimey, only vaguely. My mind is going. Would you remind me please?

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Irvine came from Falkirk and played really well in the derby onc ebefore going back to Scotland.

Kevin MacDonald- was watching the 86 Final and he looked far better than I remembered him, maybe he's been harshly treated.

The thought of Kevin MacDonald must have spurred you into posting!

I can't wait to see what spurs post number 3!
Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.

Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!
