    One thing about Rafa.....

He certainly has no qualms about admitting making a mistake in the transfer market and moving on.

He realised that Moro, Nunez and Pellegrino would/could not hack it in the prem, shipped them straight back out and now it looks as if KK is on his way aswell.

You can't help but admire the man.

Whenever Crouch is shipped out, I'll admire him even more.

Kromkamp hasn't exactly been a failure, has he? He's hardly got a run out at RB because of Finnan's consistency.

I reckon Kromkamp is a decent back-up, and one's needed. If you ask me, he should stay.

Rafa is a perfectionist when it comes to his team, so i dont think he will ever get too proud about signing that dont work out, he cares too much about his system working properly.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

I actually think Kromkamp is a good player - always seems to put on an assured display - and as we've let Barragan go back to spain, we don't really have cover for the RB position.

surely any half decent manager should act like this. Saying that as much as I liked Houllier this is one thing he did not do, he persisted in playing his flops even though everyone could see they were sh1te.

Rafa has and will continue to get the odd transfer wrong but at least he rectifies it as quickly as possible.

We shouldn't ship Crouch out. He did a good job last year (apart from his dry spell) and will get better.

                      "Apart from his dry spell"

Personally, I would argue that half a ****ing season constitutes rather more than a "spell".
In my opinion, 19 games WITHOUT ONE GOAL is a ****ing calamity.

And if I see one more divvy work out his goal/ game ratio for the second half of the season "if you ignore his first little dry spell", I will SCREAM.

Some of his signings haven't been that good but at least he realised they were mistakes.
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
