Does that mean the stadium could be the Adidas Stadium, then the Toshiba Stadium then a few years later the Microsoft Stadium and so on. And wouldn't that be a bit weird.
So for continuity couldn't the new board say "we're sponsoring Anfield who wants it?" so it'd then be the Adidas Anfield, then a few years later the Toshiba Anfield etc. That way the Anfield name stays even if the sponsors of the stadium changes.
How else would it work in order to generate a year on year income into the future without the potential of renaming the stadium in its entirety every few years. Anyone?
