        Alights blue touchpaper and leaves...
IF I got a couple of season tickets I will give it serious consideration, but at the moment I'm only getting to 5-10 games a season (thanks to Kop1te ) so no point in moving closer.

re. Ticket prices. It seems ridiculous that you can pay the same for being in the furthest corner of Anfield as you would on the half way line. I'm sure that you could keep the prices fair and affordable, but with a bit more common sense used for the best seats.

But there won't be any corners in the new stadium...

Besides, we're **** at corners anyway.

I've had my season ticket 20 years , but with 2 kids , a mortgage and a joint take home income of less than £22k I'll be struggling to justify the money spent on a season ticket if it got too much higher.

I'm a 4th generation match goer in my family and I realise that expecting that and my locality to the ground to give me some degree of favouritism is blatant parochialism that I would be uncomfortable with , but I think the club would detach itself too much from whence it came if the likes of myself are barred from the match by price.

You've already lost a lot of the local kids who can't afford it and the low waged who haven't got credit cards and I think to lose a large chunk of the rest would be a step too far

I always thought it was a good thing you pay the same to sit anywhere in Anfield except of course the slightly cheaper Kop tickets, and the restricted view tix. You should get seated on a first come first served basis, not because you can afford expensive seating. The view is good from pretty much anywhere in Anfield anyway tbh.

Hmm, well obviously (within reason) I think you should pay for the quality of the match experience

I dont think the price will go up that much. At best, I think a matchday ticket will go up by a fiver. Season tickets will probably have varied price depending on where they are. Prime specs will cost more.

I would expect to pay more in a new stadium with better facilities. We also have to remember that our ticket prices are amongst the cheapest in the Premiership.

I think they should increase ticket prices...you can pay £27 to see bristol City play Scunthorpe FFS.....

Minimum price is about £20....& that's Div 1 rubbish.

So £32 to see Liverpool play is too cheap....

Put them up, get more cash in.....

                              The demand is there.

Utd make nigh on 2mil per home game and their prices arent that much higher than ours. Ok the ground is bigger but if our 60k ground is gonna bring in atleast a mil, mil and a half, then Id be happy with that. There are other ways of making money rather than paying more to get in the ground and paying £2.50 for a sausage roll.
