Personally I think he will get the goals. Since his court case was done and dusted he has improved greatly. Should he stay next year I expect an even better goals return.

If you add this to Kuyt being more settled in his second season, along with all the other players we signed and things are looking even better. Add some top dollar world class players and we have a serious chance of winning that title again at long last.
    Forwards.......

I think kuyt is more likely to do a Drogba they seem quite similar players to me, Kuyt has been solid this season if unspectacular, next season he could really shine.

Would you say the same if he was from Argentina and not Chile?

the only option if he's ever going to reach his 'potential' is to send him on loan to a smaller club for example watford or everton were he can get more experience.

theres no point in giving him a run in the team if he's playing crap as we wont win anything. we want good players now not in 2 fekkin years.

I think it's worth giving him a run in the team, we're good enough to beat most teams with a weak link at left wing. The lad needs a confidence boost.

He is IMO to good to go out on loan. I think he will be given a run in the short time future.

                Will only know next year.

Given more games in a row might help us judge him better, never seem to happen.

Its been a stop start year for him hasnt fully shown us his all

Lets face facts here, Gonzalez has been a major disappointment. We waited so long for him to come and we all saw him perform well in spain but he's done nothing to suggest he's going to be a major force next season. However, he is young & he can have 1 season to settle in but next season there must be a massive improvement or its back to spain for Senor Gonzalez.

I don't think a loan would do any good, he needs to get used to playing for Liverpool and the EPL.

Rafa knows that and I think he will give him the time he needs.

Pennant on the otherhand, he should have settled much quicker, but that's another story......

A run of games will sort him out, but he cant get them

It's unanimous then, he needs a run of games.

I don't think he's as bad as you described, but there's definitely more to come from him I think. I definitely wouldn't contemplate selling him yet.

gonzalez seems alot more timid since his injury struggles this season. in la liga he was a force, a constant threat with his pace, dribbling and shooting.

i havent seen anything from him like that while playing for us.

i think if he stays injury free we will see much more from him next season. this season he seems to be struggling just to keep up, never mind dominating
