I don't usually go out on a limb but I've known VM for a while now and I've no reason to doubt him. He is not an attention seeker. If he says it's done then that's good enough for me and I'm very cynical usually.

i dont disagree with that at all and i honestly dont doubt his integrity but he did say a couple of weeks ago that kuyt would sign on the friday or something like that and it never materialised

I think this one is happening. We don't seem to be being linked with anybody else at all, and its interesting the Varcodes are talking about Martins now. I really rate Kuyt, he might be an absolutely ace buy

I know one of the players, he told me that at that time Kuyt wasn't coming and AF posted it on this site.

Info was given in good faith - but as a player he is not necessarily in the lopp - so to speak. I spoke to him earlier and he said he hadn't got a ****ing clue what was going on.

He did say that there's a good atmosphere in Melwood.

I think i'm inclined to believe VM.
