now that we have the investors, i would gladly delay our new stadium for a few years for something remotely like that, thats absolutely world class...
"I have decided to escape, to defy the shogun. Today I will begin walking the road to hell. But you will choose your own path. So, soon you may be seeing heaven. Choose the sword, and you will join me. Choose the ball and you join your mother, in death. You don’t understand my words, but you must choose. So… come boy, choose life or death."
"You would've been happier if you'd chosen to join your mother in her world. " - Ogami Itto
There's no guarantee that a 'new' design would be a 'better' design.
What we all want is one massive steep, daunting single tier Kop, all the stands very tight to the pitch and an overall unique design, without resorting to flashing advertising and big screen TV's.
Fingers crossed.
there will be electric advertising at anfield next season
btw for what its worth
moving to a new stadium is all about money in the long term
if the new owners feel that 60,000 is not enough and it delays us a few years, then so be it if we come out of it with a bigger and better stadium.
i like their attitude, right its not good enough, start again.
theyre covering the costs.

One thing seems for sure - they're not willing to settle, they want the best
Plus the yanks do business differently, they'll probably get photos of a few councillors in dodgy positions and black mail their way along.
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers and you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. **** FIFA and **** UEFA - I want the stands hanging over the managers/coaches heads and opposition players feeling the crowd breathing down their necks, I want the crowd as close to the pitch as possible - **** the UEFA guidelines - I don't care if we never host a UEFA final - UEFA's loss not ours. All's i want now is a 70,000+ new Anfield (future expandable) with a single tier huuuge spion kop with the other 3 sides steeply hanging over the edge of the pitch (like Boca's La Bombonera above) frightening the **** out of the opposition. And if Gary Neville ever ****ing dared celebrate a manc goal like he's done in the past he wouldn't get out alive.
Surely the main argument here should be how many KopTalk hotels will need to be built if the capacity is raised to 70 000? Would this mean that the subscription fee will rise above £30 for the first time in years?
