      It looks really futuristic.
i know and if it's the same company hired to re design our stadium i'd be a happy camper

our 'used to be' new stadium pales in comparison it's just out of this world, and if we can somehow link the futuristic with the tiers of la bombonera and a single tier spion kop that would be ****ing ace...

            Its not about knowing everything

Its about the processes that you have to go through to get where we are today

We have permission to build a 61,000 seater stadium on Stanley Park

Any drastic changes to that will be subject to a renewed planning application

These guys have money and they may be able to grease the wheels but they aint gonna get something that we havent applied for nor got permission for

The process will have to be started AGAIN, how quickly they can get through the process who knows but I wouldnt hold my breath

I've heard it is (see my earlier post) although it's through an architectural practice in London that they've apparently acquired just for this project...

hope so, it would mean the world to me(us) if it's true. i'm not asking for the most futuristic coolest meanest stadium in the world, i just want it to be special, and the one we were supposed to be building wasn't all that special...

I think the big problem with ti was the capacity, i know 60,000 is significantly bigger than 45,000 but we have a waiting list of 50,000 for season tickets, and you just know that H & G will be looking at getting the biggest revenue they can from the new stadium.

I have to say, I´m fairly optimistic.

These yanks know better then to talk and then not deliver.

And those where some big words.

That Boca pitch looks mad - you could nearly smell what the crowd had for breakfast they are that close to the pitch.

We'd never lose a home game with that kind of ground

If what is said is true then Liverpool can **** off and I will fight this all the way I live In Anfield Off Priory Road facing Anfield road school.

The Infastructure can barely cope now, and unless H&G can say were they are going to find a carpark big enough for 35000 cars then they can **** right off about increasing it by more than 9000.

I want Liverpool to stay in Anfield don't get me wrong but an increase of 25000 fans just can't be sustained in the Anfield area unless they find a vast area of land that can accomodate the extra vehicles.

As far as the train line goes last I heard it would cost over £100 million to have the line set up and trains to be available to run on it. Who would be paying for that.

They are talking about getting the Tram Line from town to run past Anfield. Reviving that **** again are we, well the last time it was mentioned about 12 to 18 months ago the figure to install Line One was £219 million, the council couldn't even raise the £172 million needed the to activate the funding from Whitehall. I know that the council was screwed by the government and I know the unofficial (ie true) reasons for the collapse was the London Olympic bid. But money is going to be siphoned off to London for the next 9 years the same reasons from a year ago will still be applicable when they try to sort out the public transportation issue for the groundeither train or tram.

Sorry for going off on one but I live not 5 mins away from the ground and it's bad now, we can't go out in the car match days because we don't get back in and the traffic wardens are a joke they either get people with permits or the people who park without a permit don't give **** about the tickets.

So in closing either tell us were you will house the extra traffic George or **** Off.
Just to be clear I hate Rick Parry with a ****ing passion and no I don't want to talk about it.
