I would say that's a diffrence of opinion.

I've given you the perfectly valid reasons why Gerrard wasn't slaughtered (by most except a notable few) and why Ronaldo was.
Maybe Gerrard did dive, I haven't said he didn't, but even if he did he wouldn't be slaughtered the same because he's totally different to Ronaldo.
He doesn't play for the mancs
He's not an arrogant **** who thinks he's "too good"
he doesn't cheat every game
and he hasn't cheated England in a World Cup match

The post match comment was idiotic at best. But that's not what i'm on about, the 'foul' on Ronaldo was more of a pen than the 'foul' on Gerrard. Yet you slaughter Ronaldo for that incident, and Gerrard was the innocent little lamb who got fouled....

That's where the lad went wrong. I only ever dived in the last few minutes - desperation time, to get a winner or an equaliser - so the unlucky defender never had time to nail me afterwards.
