He tried to sign Villa when he played for Zaragoza and we had agreed a deal with Sevilla but they did a Simao on us.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

It's from the site Tribalfootball but the source is France football.Originally posted by kurtangle01 View PostAgain very speculative and it's tribalfootball. Hardly a great news source is it?Just believe and you never know what will happen.

That bit is correct I'll give you that but the rest, apart from Alves, is nothing but rumors with absolutely no weight behind them.Originally posted by AFII View PostHe tried to sign Villa when he played for Zaragoza and we had agreed a deal with Sevilla but they did a Simao on us.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

Very often it can be the same source on Tribalfootball as it's on Newsnow. If I would post the same article from Newsnow then people would not call it ****, why?

It's very easy for the foreign sporting tabloids - that's essentially what they are, the Sunday Sport without the saggy tits - to link us, and the likes of the scum, chavs and arse with every top player who's apparently "avalible". Basically we're the clubs with the most money competing for the top prizes every year, from that perspective it's logical and believable. Fact is for every 50 players we are linked with, we probably on average are only genuinely interested in 5 of them and we'll maybe sign one or 2 of them. The rest of the time the press have no idea until said deal is done or close, like Voronin for example.Originally posted by kurtangle01 View PostAgain very speculative and it's tribalfootball. They basically earn a living by making **** up inbetween 3 hour sessions of Football Manager and Pro Evolution soccer. What a job eh?I hate Polanski

It would depend on what website you quoted on newsnow and how much weight was behind the story like quotes from agents etc...
What you're posting is specualtive reports where we are mentioned in the passing at the end of the atricle.
They're hardly cast iron stories that have gained momentum over time to suggest that we're actually after these players.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

The point is that 99.99% or something like that of all the transfer rumours is speculation.
Trezeguet, Bojinov and Amauri are the only players you really can say isn't pure speculation because Rafa have said himself that he is interested in them.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
