Eto'o. Whatever he costs. It really is that simple. The guy's in his mid twenties so there's sell on value if it doesn't work out, which it will!. Honestly, the guy moves like a ****in' gazelle. He's just a joy to watch. His goal against Arsenal last year was just sublime. The minimum of fuss and movement. He waited 80+ minutes for the chance then just ****in' pounced!!! And any one who headbutts an agent and steals his shoes (a death threat in the Cameroon apparently) is ok by me.

Fowler, Dudek, Zenden and potentially Kewell to all leave on frees. The three French strikers will be off. One of Bellamy and Crouch seem likely to leave - perhaps Bellamy the liklier candidate. I wonder whether Garcia will be offered a new contract as well...hopefully he will be.

I'd like to see Quaresma and a name striker brought in, the obvious preference being Eto'o. Giles Barnes seems a pretty good talent so it might be worth spending 3-4M on him - if Derby get promoted, I'd let them keep him for a year as well.
