can hear it being sung at the moment when Andy Gray is going through tactics.

The reds at Trafalgar gave it a very good rendition today. I'm still not enamoured with it but it is growing on me and it is a very catchy tune. It's obviously taken off with the away fans because it seemed to be the most sung song of the day.

As a fellow doubter, I wonder if the song has grown on Polo as it has with me.

I like it and I don't at the same time. It's got great potential, but the last two lines are just far too wordy. Gets sung a bit too fast as well.

On the one hand I feel like we've added a pretty good song to our repertoire, on the other I feel like it's an opportunity missed because it could've been so much better.

Sums up my feelings as well. It's obviously taken off. It was sung a lot today. But I still dont think it compares to the PAOK version which is superb, and just seems to fit better.

As for missed opportunity, perhaps, but instead of bemoaning not making the best of this one why dont we create a new opportunity instead, and do something with the Horto Magiko:-

              I actually prefer that song

Only problem is it might be more difficult to get something like that to take off. With it not being as simple as the PAOK one and obviously it being in Greek it would make it much harder for people to get the tune right.

Apparently we were singing Munich songs and songs about Alan Ball's death all night ?

There's a thread on 6CM about it mate.

Apparently Chelsea fans have been ringing up TalkSport complaining about it all morning.

Maybe Red Polo can shed some light ?

I heard the 'Munich' tune last night but I couldn't make out if it was indeed the same song. There are plenty of chants set to that tune and it would appear that a lot of sensitive Mancs have jumped to this conclusion. I couldn't make out the words and I fail to see how any watching Manc could either.

Also in MHU, there were around 4 scousers!!!! After we scored they got noticed, was a bit of a slagging match, stewards noticed...threw one out...on his way out a chelsea fan got up and hit the scouser (split his nose open). Then the chelsea bloke followed the stewards taking the scouser out and got another punch in, this resulted in the scouser stabing the Chelsea fan in the shin with a swiss army knife!! The other 3 scousers were then picked out one by one, the same chelsea fan who was allowed back in then got another punch in on one of them. The chelsea fan was fine, but was a bit of blood where he was sat!! Don't know how the scousers got tickets, they were all together!!! Have season ticket holders sold them there tickets...or sold there tickets to touts, then touts sold them on to the scousers!!!?

No we weren't. Not at the ****ing match at least.

We gave Alan Ball a warm round of applause before KO.

There were about 4 half empty plastic bottles of water thrown on the pitch, that much I know.

Couldn't see anyone throwing coins or anything else, but it mostly came from underneath me.
